About Preston Guitar Lessons

My name is Rob Ainscough and I've been teaching students how to play the guitar full-time for over 25 years. As a mobile guitar teacher, I have taught pupils throughout Lancashire but I mostly provide guitar lessons in Preston, Bolton, Chorley, Wigan and Leigh.

Whilst many of my students are beginners to the guitar, I do teach quite a few who are experienced players wishing to learn advanced techniques, for either their own enjoyment or to further their live stage career. Some of my students have even gone on to become guitar teachers themselves.

I've played in various bands over the years and even played a rock version of Paul Oakenfold's Big Brother theme tune on Channel 4's Big Brother twice in 2006 - once in the studio of Big Brother's Little Brother, and again on the series finale inside the Big Brother house, which you can check out below.
